Under the Free State of Thuringia consulting guideline, the company receives funding for consulting and process support that promotes strategies for the establishment, sustainable development and safeguarding of small and medium-sized enterprises. What drives us
Building has a tradition spanning more than 10,000 years. Buildings were created for future generations or even for eternity. To this day, passing a home or commercial property on to one’s descendants remains a particularly lasting gift.
But will this development continue? Today, many people have become nomads of circumstance, following their work or a new stage in life.
The result is more frequent conversion, demolition and new construction. The following figures illustrate the consequences this has for our environment as the world population grows.
The construction sector is resource-intensive and accounts for:

Building in harmony with nature
Even with the most careful planning, it is difficult to predict whether a building will remain suitable in the long term. For us, construction therefore means more than sound planning and engineering.
